Here is how you can fix it if the contact form elements are not showing in the email. After adding new fields to the contact form, if it is visible in the front end but not in the backend, then this is how you can fix it.
To fix this, go back to the contact form. After adding all the fields, adjust the mail settings. Now, add the fields added to the form. Use the same tag and add all the tags. Basically, we need to add the title for the field and use the relevant tags and save it.
After that, you can test the contact form. And you should see all fields are now visible on your email. Whether you’re adding one field or many, always remember to update the mail settings in Contact Form 7 accordingly.
