Firstly, ensure you’ve backed up your site files, database, and theme settings. Access your cPanel and navigate to ‘File Manager’ to locate your website files in the ‘Public_html’ directory.

Since the exact issue is unknown and we have a backup, restoring the site becomes easier. Delete all existing files for a clean slate. Then, upload your backup files. Extract the Zip file and delete it once done.

To restore the database, access phpMyAdmin from the cPanel. Drop all tables to empty the database, then import your backup.

Now, check if your site works. If you encounter CSS issues, restore the theme settings from your WordPress dashboard. Navigate to the theme settings and upload the theme settings file.

Finally, go to ‘Settings’ and ‘Permalinks’ and save changes to restore all URLs. Now, your website should be up and running smoothly!
